Starting Location: Tahoe-Pyramid Trail (Cottonwood Park) TH. Directions: Go east on Greg St form S. McCarran, turning at the first left on to Spice Island Drive. Follow around to the park.
Description: We will begin our hike at Cottonwood Park and head east to the Veteran’s Pkwy bike path. We will walk to Pembroke Lane, from there we will head west to the McCarran Blvd bike path. We will return to Cottonwood Park via McCarran Blvd bike path. Please, watch your emails for a possible cancellation due to another snow storm coming in on Wednesday!
Distance(s): 6.0 Route Type: Loop Difficulty: 2 (1=Easy thru 10=Very Difficult)

What to Bring: Wear shoes suitable for hiking on dirt trails with loose rocks and mud. Layer clothing as appropriate for the weather. Trekking poles for those who use them. Sun protection. Bring plenty of water, snack/lunch.
