Starting Location: Mira Loma Park Parking Lot. Directions: From South McCarran turn East on Mira Loma Drive then turn left into the Mira Loma Park parking lot.
Facilities: Flush Toilet

Description: About 11 easy miles, 90% on bike paths away from traffic, flat, no hills. Sit up and enjoy the scenery, approx. 11mph riding speed (slow easy pace). All bikes welcome, including E-bikes.
Route: from Mira Loma Park use the bike path north along McCarren to the Truckee River, go under the “bat bridge” west on the river path to Rock Park. Double back east on the river path and over the Sparks Blvd / Veterans Pkwy bridge. Ride south on the excellent bike path past Rosewood wetlands to Miraloma, turn west to return. Features: even more warehouses swallowing the old UNR Agriculture farmland, a new intersection at Mill St, and maybe stop at Rosewood Lakes Wetlands admin building. Mira Loma Park has brick restrooms, ride start will be near the restrooms.
