Ride Sharing: Wedge Pkwy Starbucks Parking Lot @ 09:00 AM. Directions: 18250 Wedge Pkwy in Galena Junction Shopping Center
Starting Location: Incline Lake Recreation Area TH. Directions: Take I-580 South to NV-421 West (Mt. Rose Hwy). About 1.6 miles past the Summit, turn right onto Incline Lake Rd. and park.
Description: We will snowshoe to Incline Lake and back doing a loop. The trailhead is at the snowmobile parking area across from the Chickadee Trailhead on the Mt Rose Hwy. This is approximately 1.6 mile past the Mt Rose Summit TH.
Distance(s): 3.0 Route Type: Loop Elevation Gain: 450 (ft) Difficulty: 4 (1=Easy thru 10=Very Difficult)
Event Specific Information: Please be sure you are familiar with your snowshoes and put the snow baskets on your poles.
