Starting Location: Crissie Caughlin Park. Directions: From the corner of South McCarran/Mayberry, head east on Mayberry, and make an immediate left-hand turn onto River Run Drive, and then an immediate right-hand turn onto Riverberry Drive. Drive to the end of the road to the Crissie Caughlin Parking lot.

Description: Join us for a leisurely bike along the Truckee River starting at Crissie Caughlin Park. We will pass through Idlewild Park, cross the Truckee River at Booth St, bike along the Truckee River Walk and continue on as we follow the Tahoe-Pyramid Bikeway to Larkin Circle in Sparks. The course is flat and the pace will be slow. E-bikes are welcome as are those 20th century conventional bikes that require muscle power. We will choose one of the four or five parks that we pass along the way to stop for a snack break.

What to Bring: You are required to wear a helmet. Bikes should be in good working order and tires inflated correctly. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; bright colored shirts preferred. Bring sunscreen, adequate water and snacks. We will briefly go over some safety issues when we meet.
