Starting Location: Idlewild Park TH. Directions: By the kids playground, across from the Indian Statue, and just east of the California Building.
Description: We will walk east from Idlewild Park along the Truckee River to the Reno City Plaza to see this years Christmas tree. We will circle around the plaza and cross over the street to walk back along the path next to Wingfield Park. Cross Arlington Ave and continue on the original path back to the parking area.
There is plenty of sun as the trees are bare.
Suggest you dress in layers.
Please meet at Idlewild Park next to the pond with the large water fountain.
DO NOT MEET AT THE CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND.

Route Type: Out-and-Back Difficulty: 1 (1=Easy thru 10=Very Difficult)

What to Bring: Might want to consider bringing drinking water and using sunscreen.
