Event: Southeast Urban Bike Paths

Starting Location: Tahoe-Pyramid Trail (Cottonwood Park) TH. Directions: Go east on Greg St form S. McCarran, turning at the first left on to Spice Island Drive. Follow around to the park.

Description: We will begin our ride on the Truckee River Bike Path at Cottonwood Park. We will head east to its end at Vista Blvd. Then we will back track to Veteran’s Pkwy Bike Path and go to Steamboat Pkwy. We will head west to Double R Blvd then north to McCarran Blvd. At McCarran Blvd, we will ride the McCarran Bike Path back to the Truckee River Bike Path.

What to Bring: You are required to wear a helmet. Bikes should be in good working order and tires inflated correctly. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; bright colored shirts preferred. Bring sunscreen, adequate water and snacks. We will briefly go over some safety issues when we meet.
