Statistics Reports

  1. On the OLLI Reno Outdoors website, click on the Statistics link. A new browser tab will open into the OLLI Reno Outdoor Adventure Application (a.k.a., the app). As noted on each page, please don't use your browser's navigation buttons (e.g., back arrow; forward arrow; refresh icon). The app will let you know when it is safe to close the browser window/tab.
  2. Select Report => First select the Statistics Report you want to view. Your choices are:
    • Member Rank - Ranks the Members by number of Miles (or Number of Events if Miles are not tracked) or Alphabetically
    • Events Summary - Lists all of the Events that Members could have attended
    • Individual History - Displays an itemized list of every Event a Member Participated in
  3. Click the radio button for one of these Reports and then press the Submit button; you must select one. Otherwise, you will get an error message.

  4. For Member Rank or Events Summary reports, you need to Select Activity Group. Click on an Activity Group for your report; you must select one. Otherwise, you will get an error message.
  5. For a Member Rank report, you also need to indicate how you want to Sort Report by. By default, sorting by Rank is selected. If you want an Alphabetized list, click the other radio button.
  6. For an Individual History report, you need to Enter a Member Name. As you type in each name (Last Name and First Name/Nickname), matches will appear. When you see the name you want, you can click on it. There are no associations between these names; that is, you can select any Last Name and any First Name (or Nickname) you want. You must enter the correct name of a Member. Otherwise, you will see an error message telling you that Member "Doe, Jane" is not found.
  7. After filling in the first filter(s) for the report, press the Submit button.

  8. Next you need to select the Report Year and the Report Destination.
  9. For Member Rank or Events Summary reports, the default Report Year is the current year. You may select All Time if you want to see all the data. Otherwise, you can select a different year.
    • If you select All Time, you will also see a Max Records field. This defaults to 50 records. You can change this number if you want more or less data in the report.
    • Please note that the All Time reports can contain a great deal of data, some of the Activity Groups started in 2008.
  10. For an Individual History report, the default is Complete History. You may select a specific year of data for the report.
  11. In all cases, the Report Destination defaults to display on your screen. If you would like to download a PDF version of the report, click the Download (PDF) radio button.
  12. After filling in the Report Year and Report Destination (and maybe changing the number of records to display), press the Submit button.

  13. For reports Displayed on Screen, review the report and then press the Done button.
  14. For reports Downloaded (PDF), your browser will process a downloadable PDF file. (Each browser has settings for dealing with downloadable PDF files, so I can't give specific instructions.) After processing/reviewing the downloaded PDF file, click the Cancel button.

  15. You will be returned to the Adventure Statistics page to make another query. When you have finished, click the Cancel button. You will see a message that tells you that you can close the browser's window/tab.
