Check Your Notification Opt-In Status

To check your current Opt-In Status:

1. Fill in your name
   • First Name or Nickname
   • Last Name
2. Enter a valid email address
3. Click the Submit button

The application will send you an email message. It will contain your current Opt-In Status. If necessary, reply to the email with updates. Our application support folks will process your request, hopefully within 48 hours. (But, please be patient, we are all volunteers.)
